In China major cities often have some "satellite cities". Those cities are officially part of the main city though.
That's why sometimes skyscrapers in "the same city" can by very far apart.
In Paris the opposite happens. Greater Paris looks and acts like a single city, but is actually devided into several cities
and Paris is only one of them.
The distances are measured from the centers of the buildings. So the actual distance between two buildings is always smaller.
Those are all 256 cities in the world with at least two skyscrapers. There are another 101 cities with only a single skyscraper.
The largest distance does not imply that all skyscrapers in the city are located inside a circle with that diametre.
